Lieu: Mont Panisel<\/p>\n

Projet<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ce projet consiste en la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un pavillon pour \u00e9crivain fictif.<\/strong> D\u00e9terminer son profil (sa vie, ses heures de travail, etc.)<\/p>\n

25m2 maximum d\u2019emprise au sol, pas de limite au niveau de la hauteur.<\/p>\n

Orientation, mat\u00e9riaux, structure, am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur, volum\u00e9trie\u2026<\/p>\n

1\/ Le relev\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Le lieu d\u2019implantation \u00e9tant relativement vaste, un reportage photographique sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 collectivement, ensuite, chacun r\u00e9alisera un zoom sur la zone o\u00f9 il choisira de s\u2019implanter.<\/p>\n

2\/L\u2019esquisse<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

C\u2019est un moment crucial dans l\u2019\u00e9tape de cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est ici que vous allez d\u00e9velopper votre parti architectural, votre concept.<\/p>\n

Sur un papier \u00ab\u00a0tartine\u00a0\u00bb par exemple, vous pr\u00e9sentez toutes vos recherches formelles et vos pistes de r\u00e9flexion, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de plans, coupes, croquis, vues en perspective,\u2026<\/p>\n

C\u2019est le premier RDV client apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9finition du programme.<\/p>\n

3\/L\u2019avant-projet<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

C\u2019est l\u2019avant-derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape du processus. Elle consiste \u00e0 montrer l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement du dossier.<\/p>\n

En utilisant des formats de pr\u00e9sentation ad\u00e9quats, en relation avec son projet, des plans pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle, des perspectives et croquis\u2026<\/p>\n

4\/La remise finale<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Une importance toute particuli\u00e8re sera accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la volum\u00e9trie, la coh\u00e9rence entre le profil d\u00e9fini de l\u2019\u00e9crivain, le lieu choisi, les mat\u00e9riaux, \u2026<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9chelle\u00a0: 1\/20 pour les plans (coupes, \u00e9l\u00e9vation, \u2026) et la maquette.<\/p>\n
